Following 26 years in construction, Nick setup Medd Construction Ltd in 2021 to continue his great passion for building. A perfectionist, he provides a personal hands on approach to benefit the client and his on site presence is the key to maintaining the quality Medd Construction strive for. This method ensures Medd Construction achieve our mission and objectives each year.

​The Godfather, the Guv'na, Stuart has over 50 years of experience with running his own business in the construction world and gained a wealth of experience unrivaled by many others. His role is to assist in Value Engineering with the clients and maintain their best interests at heart and to oversee each development. You'll also still find him showing his expertise in an excavator when he gets chance!

The lady with the money! Lisa has supported her husband Nick for many years and has great knowledge in working within Accounting and Project management within larger companies such as Carillion, acting as a key role within their project team and a welcome addition to Medd Construction Ltd. 

Hazel has worked alongside her husband Stuart throughout his 50 years of experience and has a vast knowledge of accounting and dealing with the daily finances in the company. Her goal is to assist in transferring this knowledge in the construction sector to benefit the company's long term plans.

Worked with the team previously as a Site Foreman, Liam already had a great CV to his name. As our new Site Manager, he now deals with the sub-contractors and daily activities on site, keeping the quality of workmanship to the level that Nick and the company strive for.

Robert or "Bert" to the Medd team has an integral part in senior supervision of each project and the site logistics 24/7.  A trained Crane Operator adding many valuable additions to the team, this guy lives and breathes construction.
